Christ, the Wall Breaker (Altar piece,
Cathedral at Skalholt, Iceland)

But now Christ has come, as the High Priest of
all the blessings which were to come. He has
passed through
the greater, the more perfect tent (tabernacle), not made by human hands, that is,
not of the created order; and
has entered the Sanctuary once and for all, taking with Him
not the blood of goats and bull calves, but His

own blood, having won an eternal redemption.

                                                    (Heb 9. 11-12).

We have then, brothers, complete confidence
through
the blood of Jesus in entering the
Sanctuary, by a new
way which He opened for us,
a living opening through
the curtain, that is to say,
His flesh. And we have the
HIGH PRIEST over
all the SANCTUARY OF GOD.

                                                  (Heb 10. 19-20).

After that I shall return and rebuild the fallen hut
of David; I shall make good the gaps in it and
restore it. Then the rest of humanity, and of all the nations once called mine, will look for the Lord,
says the Lord who made this known so long ago.

                                                      (Ac 15. 16, 17).
